It is not possible to set the Central Contract status to Saved after mass update of the selected Contracts. As a result Purchase cannot enrich the document with specific details and release later.
Feature:
It is possible to set the Contracts to Saved status after a mass update to the Contracts. This allows the purchaser to make common changes in the mass update transaction and later on update the individual contracts with specific changes before publishing.
Following check box is available in the Contract Mass Change second screen, Define Mass Change, to set the status of the Contracts to Saved status.
Information:
To use the feature, you have to first activate the Business Function SRM_CONT_IMPR_3 and then activate the Customizing switch Mass Changes to Contracts(SRM_703_MC_ADD_STATUS) under SRM Server-> Continuous Improvement-> Activate/Deactivate Mass Changes to Contracts.
